Spec.Atu offers the following services:
Spec.Atu clears snow from streets, roads, pavements, car parks, courtyards and business premises. The work is done with specialised machinery and, in hard-to-reach places, by hand. Depending on the contract terms and the weather, snow clearing is carried out according to a pre-agreed schedule or on call. Work priorities are set by the approved service terms.
Icy surfaces put pedestrians and vehicles at risk. Spec.Atu treats streets, pavements, steps, car parks and other areas with sand, a sand and salt mix or other approved anti-slip materials. The materials are chosen to suit the surface and weather conditions. Treatment reduces the risk of slipping but cannot guarantee that ice will be completely prevented in all weather conditions.
After heavy snowfall, snowbanks take up parking spaces, narrow carriageways and make it harder for pedestrians to get around. On request, Spec.Atu arranges for snow to be loaded and taken to designated sites. Feasibility, scope and timing are agreed with the client.
Spec.Atu offers winter maintenance of sites and their surrounding areas under a single contract, combining snow clearing, gritting and, where necessary, snow removal. A contract like this lets you agree in advance on the work to be done, the schedule and how costs will be calculated.
