Spec.Atu cleans pavements, access roads, car parks, courtyards and adjacent areas, and ensures that the collected waste is properly dealt with. The work is carried out by machine, or by hand where machinery cannot reach. Cleaning can be ordered as a one-off or on a regular basis according to a pre-agreed schedule.
Street and road sweeping and washing
Sweeping and washing of road surfaces and public areas
Spec.Atu uses specialised vehicles to sweep and wash streets, roads, pavements and squares. Regular cleaning reduces dust and helps keep road surfaces in good condition. This work is especially important in spring, when sand and other dirt that has built up over the winter needs to be cleared from the streets.
Each season brings its own cleaning tasks. In spring, Spec.Atu clears away sand and grit left over from winter; in summer, grass cuttings and other green waste; and in autumn, fallen leaves. After strong winds or storms, broken branches and fallen trees can also be removed. The green waste collected is taken away for recycling.
Spec.Atu provides scheduled grounds maintenance all year round, so that areas stay tidy all the time, not just after a one-off clean. The scope and frequency of the work are agreed with the client: cleaning pavements and access roads, emptying litter bins, maintaining green spaces and any other work required.
Grounds maintenance is carried out according to an approved schedule and the terms of the contract.

Spec.Atu keeps parks, public gardens, squares, children’s playgrounds, sports grounds and other public places clean and tidy. Our staff empty litter bins, pick up litter, clean pathways and monitor the general condition of the area. After public events, the company can provide a prompt clean-up.
