We are delighted to present Spec.Atu’s new website! We have created it to make it even easier for residents, businesses and municipalities to find out about our services, find the information they need and get in touch with us quickly.

More than 50 years of experience in Latgale
Spec.Atu’s history dates back to 1973. For more than half a century, the company has been keeping Daugavpils and Latgale clean and tidy, providing grounds maintenance, waste management and specialised machinery services.
Over the years, we have built up experience that helps us understand local needs and offer practical solutions for both everyday jobs and more complex tasks.

Local experience and new opportunities
Since 2025, Spec.Atu has been part of the Eco Baltia group, one of the leading environmental management and waste recycling groups in the Baltics.
Being part of the group opens up wider opportunities to develop our services, introduce modern solutions and improve our work processes. At the same time, we are keeping our local experience, our team and our close ties with Latgale.

What do we do?
Spec.Atu operates in four core areas:
Waste management: collection and removal of household, bulky, construction and liquid waste, and container solutions.
Urban maintenance: cleaning and maintenance of streets, pavements, courtyards and public areas.
Winter maintenance: snow clearing and removal, and anti-slip treatment of surfaces.
Specialised services and machinery: specialised machinery services, haulage and delivery of bulk materials.

A new service for residents of Augšdaugava Municipality!
From 1 January 2027, Spec.Atu will provide household waste management in Augšdaugava Municipality.
On the new website, residents of the municipality can find information on service terms, rates, contracts, containers and collection schedules.
